It is the policy of this establishment that if a cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival during peak season the customer will be charged for the reserved stay.

It is the policy of this establishment that if a cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival during low season the customer will be charged for the first night only of the reserved stay.

On all reservations there will be a $100 deposit that is non-refundable per room. And the above paragraph is in effect as well.

It has always been the policy of this establishment to show grace if the reason for the cancellation is within the 7 or 14 day period as stated above because of a death in the family, sickness, injury or legitimate reason (in the opinion of Management) the person will not be charged. The $100 deposit will not be refunded.
